Q-Park Finland has a turnover of 13 million € and turnover will definitely grow substantially since the legal obstacles of  issuing control fees (parking fines) as a private company have recently been removed.

We are looking for:

Sales Manager

to co-operate with existing customers and develop new sales areas

To success in this job you should be:

Customer-oriented:

 

  • Implementing a defined sales and portfolio management policy.
  • Regular information and advice to country management with regard to developments and effective reporting on the status of target projects.
  • Obtain long and medium term parking leaseholds (lease contracts) and parking management contracts.
  • Obtain long term subscriptions contracts for our existing parking facility(ies).
  • Help to increase and grow the contracts regarding control fees.

 

Quality-oriented:

 

·       Effective and efficient contract negotiations with business partners, concluded on time.

·       Positive, constructive cooperation with colleagues, management, support department and all customers.

·       Conclusion of economically advantageous contracts on the best possible terms for Q-Park.

 

 

You should have:

 

 

·      Education and training

 

School leaving qualification: Study of sales and marketing and/or economics

At least 5 years of professional experience in acquisition

 

·      Specific knowledge
and experience

-          Knowledge of the property  sector

-          Commercial and  negotiating skills, in both buying and selling.

-          Mobility throughout Finland.

-          Good knowledge of English, verbal en in writing.
